What Does the following CT Scan Result Mean?

this is the results of my ct scan what do you think and should I be worried right upper pole nephrolithiasis/mild fatty infiltration of liver/several small intermittent colonic diverticula/bilateral enlarged adnexal/ovarian cysts left side subumbiliical hernia containing fat but no bowel

I really appreciate your concern, such report need to be correlate with the clinical condition for that the CT being done, else this could be normal one, beside some changes and if this is asymptomatic then this is nothing to worry, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
